3 med yellow squash cut into 1" pieces
8 green Vidalia onions, white part only
4 T no-fat Italian salad dressing
4 T grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper

Preheat broiler. Thread skewers alternating squash & whole onions. Brush vegetables w/ salad dressing & sprinkle with cheese & salt & pepper. Broil skewers 2" from heat, turning frequently, for about 8 mins. 51 cal, 1 g fat, 2 mg chol, 60 mg sod
