2 small yellow summer squash/zucchini, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
5 oz asparagus spears cut into 1 inch pieces (1 c)

7 oz jar roasted sweet peppers, drained and chopped
2 t white wine Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
