Chunk apple & raisin sauce for ham

1 small cooking apple, cored & cut into thin wedges
1 Tb. butter
1 c. apple juice
2 Tbs. each packed brown sugar & raisins
1 Tb. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. each ground ginger & dry mustard
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

Cook apple in butter over medium heat 2-3 minutes. Combine juices, sugar, raisins, cornstarch, ginger, mustard & cinnamon. Add to apples. Cook, uncovered until sauce is thickened. Serve with ham.
