Curried Chicken Salad

3 c cubed, cooked chicken
8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 3/4 c red grapes, halved
11 oz. can mandarin orange sections, drained
1 c finely chopped celery
3/4 c mayonnaise
1 t curry powder
2 t soy sauce
2 t lemon juice

Combine chicken, water chestnuts, grapes, mandarin sec5ions, & celery. Stir togheter mayo, curry powder, soy sauce, lemon juice & salt to taste. Mix well. Stir dressing into chicen mixture
toss to coat. Cover & chill up to 8 hours. 396 cal, 25g fat (57% fat)
