Fontina, Artichoke Hearts & Red Onion Pizza

1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed
2 Tbs. olive oil, divided
3 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed & sliced
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled
1 c. shredded fontina or mozzarella cheese

Roll out dough & brush with 1 Tb. of oil, & evenly sprinkle with minced garlic. Arrange onions in one layer over the dough, top with artichokes, then drizzle remaining oil. Lightly season with pepper & rosemary, then evenly sprinkle with cheese. Do not let dough rise. 489 cal, 22 g fat, 30 mg chol, 375 mg sod
