1 small pkg strawberry banana flavor jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1/3 c. cold water
2 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. strawberries, sliced
1 small pkg banana cream instant pudding
3/4 c. milk
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Mix in 1 c. Cool Whip. Stir in 3/4 c. strawberries. Pour into pie crust
chill until firm, about 15 minutes. Whisk pudding mix into milk. Fold in 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip. Stir in remaining berries. Spread over jello in pie crust. Chill until set, about 2 hrs. Serves 8.
