Pasta with Fresh Tomatoes & Herbs

6 lg ripe tomatoes, cut into 1/2" cubes
2 lg cloves garlic, peeled & chopped fine
1 lg onion, peeled & chopped fine
1/2 c finely chopped fresh basil leaves
2 T finely chopped fresh oregano
2 tsps finely chopped fresh rosemary, chopped fine
1 1/2 t salt
Black pepper
1/2 c olive oil
Juice from 2 lemons, strained
1 1/2 lbs pasta

Combine all ingredients with cooked pasta. Serve at room temperature. 459 cal, 15g fat, 0 chol, 343mg sod
