Pepper Cheese Pasta Sauce

.9 to 1 1/4 oz pak hollandaise sauce mix
7 oz jar roasted sweet peppers, drained and chopped
2 t white wine Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
Hot cooked pasta

Prepare hollandaise sauce according to package directions except use only 2 T butter. Stir in peppers and white wine Worcestershire sauce. Remove pan from heat. Stir in cheese til melted. Serve over pasta. Makes about 1 1/3 c. Cheddar Cheese Pasta Sauce: Prepare sauce as directed above excet sub shredded cheddar cheese for Jack cheese. Omit sweet peppers. 265 cal, 23g fat, 54mg chol, 8g pro Blue Cheese Sauce Prepare sauce as directed excetp substitute 1/2 c, 1 oz, blue cheese for all of the Jack cheese. Omit sweet peppers. If sauce is too thing, add 1-2 T milk. Sprinkle with toasted walnuts before serving.
