Red Wine Marinade

1/2 c dry red wine
1/2 c water
1 clove garlic, minced
1 t dried rosemary, crushed
1 t dried thyme, crushed
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
Beef, like flank steak, beef tenderlon, or lamb chops

In a sealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients. Marinate meat 4-24 hours. Grill or broil meat. Boil remaining marinade to make sauce.
