Pentimento's Blueberry Soup

4 c. heavy cream, divided
14 oz. blueberries
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. raspberry vinegar

Puree blueberries. Add 1 c. of cream & vinegar. Heat honey & rest of the cream. Combine & chill. Garnish with fresh berries & a mint leaf if desired. Makes 6 to 8 servings. Note: Almost any fresh fruit may be substituted for the blueberries in this recipe.
