Strawberry Pizza

Crust:
1 1/2 c confectioners' sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c flour
Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
Topping:
1 c. sugar
1/4 c cornstarch
3 c frozen whole strawberries, thawed

Combine crust ingredients. Pat into a pizza pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese. Add other filling ingredients & spread over cooled crust. Chill until firm, 30-40 minutes. Stir together sugar & cornstarch ingredients in a saucepan. Add berries. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat & cool.
