8 tsps. ground dry espresso beans, powdered in a blender
8 scoops custard gelato or vanilla ice cream
4 Tbs. Scotch whiskey

Grind regular espresso beans in the blender at high speed until it is a fine powder. Spoon gelato into individual shallow bowls, sprinkle 2 tsps. espresso powder over each serving & pour whiskey over all. Veni Vidi Vici 451 cal, 21g fat, 88mg chol, 190mg sod
