Broiled Chicken with Lemon Sauce

4 small chicken breasts
4 Tbs. oil
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
4 Tbs. butter
Oregano to taste
Salt & pepper

Wash & split chicken breasts. Place in broiler pan. Mix oil with lemon juice. Brush over chicken
season well with salt & pepper & oregano. Let stand 1 hour. Preheat broiler. Dot butter evenly over chicken. Broil chicken slowly, basting with marinade & butter sauce frequently. Turn when brown on one side & broil other.
