1 package golden cake mix
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsps. cinnamon
1/3 c. oil
Glaze:
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. water
4 eggs
2 Tbs. milk
Filling:
2 Tbs. dry cake mix
1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375. Grease & flour 10" tube pan. For filling, combine 2 Tbs. cake mix, nuts, brown sugar, & cinnamon & set aside. Pour remaining dry cake mix, sour cream, oil, sugar, water, & eggs, into large mixer bowl. Beat for 2 minutes at high speed. Turn 2/3 of batter into pan
sprinkle with filling. Spoon remaining batter evenly over filling mixture. Bake 45-55 minutes. Cool for about 25 minutes rightside up in pan
remove from pan. For glaze, blend ingredients & drizzle over cake. Makes 12-16 servings.
