2 c sifted cake flour
2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
2 very ripe small bananas mashed
3/4 c buttermilk
2/3 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c dark corn syrup
3 T vegetable oil
1 T pure vanilla extract
1/3 c chocolate chips
2 T chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 400. Lightly oil oblong pan. Whish together flour, cocoa, baking soad and salt. In medium bowl, whisk together banana, buttermilk, borwn sugar, corn syrup, oil and vanilla. Make a well in center of dry ingredients & add banana mixture
mix with wooden spoon or spatula just til dyr ingredients are moistened. Turn batter into prepared baking dish, smoothing top. Sprinkle with chocolate chips & nuts. Bake 20 minutes. May be cut in squares, wrapped & frozen. 221 cal, 6 g fat, 1 mg chol, 182 mg sod
