Baked French Toast

10 slices whole wheat bread
12 oz. can evaporated skim milk
2 whole eggs plus 4 egg whites
1/3 c. dark brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Lightly coat 9x13 pan with vegetable spray. Arrange bread sliced in bottom of pan. Combine all remaining ingredients & mix well with a whisk. Pour mixture evenly over bread. Cover tightly & regrigerate several hours or overnight. To bake, preheat oven to 350. Remove bread from refirgerator & spray lightly with non-stick vegetable spray. Bake in preheat oven for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 10 136 cal 45 mg chol 2 g fat 201 mg sod
