Smoked Salmon Lavash Rolls

1 round lavash, softened*
4 oz. cream cheese
3 Tbs. minced red onion
2 Tbs. capers
4 oz. (6 slices) smoked salmon
*Found at the farmer's market

Spread lavash with cream cheese. Sprinkle on red onions & capers & press into cream cheese to stick. Layer on slices of smoked salmon. Roll up into a jelly roll. Wrap in waxed paper & chill before slicing. Or, for longer, storage, wrap in foil & freeze. Will keep in freezer for about 2 monthes. Serves 4. 238 cal, 14 g fat, 44mg chol, 513 mg sod
