Sweet Potato Casserole

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. whole or chopped nuts
1/3 c. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350. Combine casserole ingredients well & pour into a shallow, butter 2 quart baking dish. Mix topping ingredients together & spread over casserole. Bake 35 minutes. Do not overbake. 610 cal, 30g fat, 121mg chol, 367mg sod
