Parslied New Potatoes

2 lbs small red potatoes, unpeeled
2 1/2 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. coarse salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Steam potatoes until tender (15 minutes). Drain & transfer to a large bowl. Add butter & toss until the potatoes are coated. Add the parsley, lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste. Toss well & serve.
