Apple Crunch

5-6 tart apples
1/2 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Peel & slice tart apples into a baking dish. Add water. Mix together the brown sugar, flour & butter & chop up. Add pecans to mix & sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. or until brown. Makes 6 servings.
