1 c snipped dried peaches
1/2 c water
1/4 c sugar
1/2 t apple pie spice or pumpkin pie spice
In a small saucepan combine ingredients. Bring to boiling over medium heat, reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 20 mins or til peaches are very soft. Process or blend til nearly smooth. Serve with muffins, toast, or croissants. Keeps for 1 week.
