Philadelphia Cheese Steak

4 sourdough rolls
2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, seeded & diced
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
3/4 lb. sliced sirloin steak, pounded thin
4 oz. provolone cheese, sliced

Preheat oven to 350. Wrap bread in foil & heat 15 minutes. Over medium heat, melt butter & oil. Add onion & green pepper & saute until tender. Season with oregano, salt & pepper. Remove vegetables from pan & keep warm. In same skillet, saute beef on both sides to desired doneness. During last minute of cooking, top meat with cheese & let it melt. Cut rolls in half, fill with onions, pepper, meat & cheese. 531 ca., 26 g fat, 104 mg chol., 649 mg sod.
