Broccoli Salad

1 large heat broccoli, broken into small florets
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. sunflowre seeds
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. diced red or yellow pepper
1 c. light mayo
1/2 c. sugar, or to taste
2 tsp. wine vinegar
Crisp, crumbled bacon (opt)

Layer broccoli, onion, raisins, sunflower seeds, mushrooms & peppers in salad bowl. Combine mayo, sugar & vinegar & pour over salad. Mix just before serving. Garnish with bacon if desired. 238 cal, 15g fat, 0 chol, 182mg sod
