Blue Cheese Dressing

4 oz. Blue/Roquefort Cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients & chill several hours before serving to allow flavors to meld. Great served with buffalo wings.
