4 Tb olive oil
5-6 cloves crushed garlic
1 1/2 lbs. provolone cheese, grated
1 large tomato, in 6 slices
Combine garlic into olive oil. Brush each calzone generously with oil. Divide cheese into 6 parts
place 1/6 onto one side of each open calzone, top it with a tomato slice. Fold & bake.
