15 oz. ricotta cheese
10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed & all water squeezed out
1 egg
1 Tb. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. lasagna noodles
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 Tb. Parmesan cheese
Combine cheeses, spinach, egg, salt & pepper. Cook lasagna noodles. Spread noodles with spinach mixture & roll up. Place seam-side down in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with tomato sauce & sprinkle with cheese. Cover & bake at 350, for 30-35 minutes.
