3 cloves garlic, peeled & crushed
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/2 c. olive oil
2 c. seeded, chopped fresh tomatoes
1 Tb. chopped fresh basil
Salt & pepper to taste
Saute garlic & parsley in oil. When garlic is delicately brown add remaining ingredients & simmer until thick. Serve over linguini or capellini style noodles.
