Bourbon Ham glaze

1/3 c. each packed light brown sugar & bourbon
1 Tb. grated orange peel
1/8-1/4 tsp. ground allspice

Combine ingredients. Cook & stir over medium-low heat 15 minutes so glaze slightly thickens. Brush glase over ham 20 minutes before end of cooking time.
