2 1/2 oz. Pusser's rum
Ginger beer (Pinder's Old Bahamian is a good brand)
1/4 section, fresh limes

Fill a glass with ice, pour in the rum, then fill almost to the top with ginger beer. Squeeze lime quarter into the glass, then drop it in. Stir gently. Makes 1 drink.
