1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tsps. dried basil leaves

1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 c. torn mixed greens ( like spinach or Boston lettuce)
1 Tb. olive oil
1 medium onion, cut in thin wedges
1 medium red bell pepper, julienned
Cut flank steaks lengthwise into 3 strips. Slice across the grain into thin pieces. Combine vinegar, garlic, basil, sugar, salt & pepper
reserve. Place mixed greens in salad bowl or on platter. Stir fry beef, a half at a time, in hot oil in large non stick frying pan. Remove with slotted spoon.
