16 oz. refried beans
4 oz. chopped green chiles,
drained
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
2 avocados, seeded & peeled
1 Tb. lemon juice
6 Tb. taco sauce or to taste
1 c. sour cream
Shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, chips
1 tomato chopped

In a small bowl, mix together refried beans, chiles & taco seasoning mix
spread over serving platter. Coarsley mash together avocados, lemon juice & taco sauce
spread over bean mixture. Top with sour cream & sprinkle lettuce, tomato, olives & cheese over all. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 8-10 appetizer servings.
