1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons clear vanilla or vanilla extract
5 tablespoons sour cream
Can be made a day ahead of time or up until one hour before serving. Beat first three ingredients until stiff, then fold in sour cream. Place in refrigerator until serving. Per tablespoon: 48 calories (74 percent of calories from fat), trace protein, 3 grams carbohydrates, no fiber, 4 grams fat, 14 milligrams cholesterol, 5 milligrams sodium.
