1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. thick applesauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. rolled oats
Preheat oven to 375. Beat sugar & oil together until well blended. Add remaining ingredients & drop by teaspoonfuls ont lightly greased baking sheets. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until cookies are lightly browned. Note: 1/2 c. chopped nuts may be added. Per cookie: 60 cal, 3g fat, 0 chol, 19mg sod
