Butterballs

1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
3 Tbs. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
Powdered sugar, cocoa or sugar sprinkles for dusting

Cream butter & sugar until fluffy. Stir in flour & add pecans. Chill dough 2 hours. Preheat oven to 325. With a spoon & hands, roll dough into 3/4" balls, about the size of marbles. Place about 2" apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 20 minutes, or until lightly golden. Dredge warm baked cookies in sugar or cocoa. Or roll unbaked balls in sugar sprinkles before baking. 42 cal, 3g fat, 5mg chol, 1-g sod
