1/3 c olive oil
1/2 c lemon juice
1 T herbes de Provence
1 lg clove garlic, minced
1/2 t salt
Pepper to taste
2 1/2 - 3 lbs chicken
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Pour sauce over chicken and marinate several hours. Preheat broiler. Place chicken pieces, skin side up, on a rack 6 inches from the broiler hear. Broil each side until brown, 10-15 mins. Turn oven to bake
