Glazed Chicken

16 oz. jar orange marmalade
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
4 chicken quarters
1/4 c. oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine marmalade with soy sauce, vinegar & garlic, mixing well. Brush chicken with oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper, if desired. Place chicken, skin side up, on greased grill over moderately hot coals. Cook about 45 minutes, or until done, turning pieces as needed. During last 20 minutes, baste several times with them marmalade glaze. Makes 4 servings.
