1 (14-ounce) jar of cherries, with stems
Amaretto to cover
1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
1 ounce paraffin

Drain cherries. Cover completely with amaretto and soak overnight. Melt chocolate and paraffin, preferably in a crockpot, but a double boiler will work. Dip the cherries in the chocolate, leaving the stems on, and place on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper to chill. --- From Tia Magbee Per cherry: 57 calories (46 percent of calories from fat), trace protein, 7 grams carbohydrates, trace fiber, 3 grams fat, no cholesterol, 2 milligrams sodium.
