Cappuccino Truffles

2 Tbs. instant coffee granules
Coconut
2 Tbs. orange juice
2 tsps. bandy flavoring
1 7-oz. jar marshmallow creme
3 c. finely crushed chocolate wafer crumbs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 Tb. orange peel
2 Tbs. cocoa
2 Tbs. powdered sugar

Dissolve coffee in combined juice & flavoring. Gradually add coffee mixture to marshmallow creme in large bowl of electric mixer, mixing until well blended. Add crumbs, pecans & peel
mix well. Shape into 1" balls. Roll half of balls in combined cocoa & powdered sugar. Roll remaining balls in coconut
chill. Makes approximately 5 dozen truffles.
