Zesty Pepper Butter

1/2 c hot pepper jelly
1/2 c butter, softened
1 T balsamic vinegar or cider vinegar

For corn on cob, carrots, sugar snap peas In a small saucepan heat and stir hot pepper jelly just til melted. In a med bowl beat butter til fluffy. Beat in melted jelly, vinegar. Cover
chill at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with cooked vegetables. Makes 1 c.
