1 box Duncan Hines cake mix, yellow or chocolate
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
Icing:
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
Mix first 3 ingredients. It will be fairly dry, & pour into a greased 11x14 baking dish. Pack into dish. Evenly distribute. Icing: Soften cream cheese. Combine cheese, eggs & sugar in mixing bowl. Pour sugar in slowly. Mix well & pour on top of cake mix. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Put in refrigerator & cool. Then cut into squares.
