Black and White Cheesecake Brownies

1 1/4 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. flour
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbs. butter, softened
2 eggs
2 Tbs. milk
1 Tb. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. For the first layer, melt 1 1/4 c. of the chocolate chips. Combine sugar & butter
beat until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla & salt, mixing well. Add melted chips and flour
mix well. Spread into a 9" square foil-lined pan. For the second layer, combine cream cheese, sugar & butter & beat until creamy. Add eggs, milk, flour & vanilla. Beat well. Stir in remaining chocolate chips. Pour over brownie base. Bake 40-45 minutes.
