Swedish Egg Cake

1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 425. In large bowl, beat eggs, then stir in milk, flour, sugar, & salt. Melt butter in a 9x13 baking pan. Pour batter into hot butter in pan. Bake 20-25 mins or til cake has risen & is lightly browned. Serve with syrup, jam or berries. Note: Cake falls when taken out of the oven. 122 cal, 7g fat, 59mg chol, 285mg sod
