Honey Whole Wheat Bread

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 3//4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 Tbs. yeast
2 1/2 Tbs. honey
2 1/3 Tbs. butter softened

Combine flours & salt. Set aside. Place water, yeast, honey & butter in mixing bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes. With dough hook on low speed, add half dry ingredients. Turn to medium for 2 minutes. Back on low, add remaining dry ingredients. Place in greased large bowl & cover. Let rise in warm area until doubled. Punch down & place in greased 9x5 bread pan. Put back in warm, draft-free area & let dough double. Preheat oven to 350. Bake loaf 25-35 minutes or until corners begin to pull away from pans. 97 cal, 2g fat, 4mg chol, 201 mg sod
