Pineapple Punch

8 oz. pineapple, packed in natural juice
1 c. unsweetened frozen raspberries
2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
2 quarts unsweetened pineapple juice
2 quarts sparkling mineral water, chilled

Cut pineapple slices into small chunks. Place a chunk in each compartment of two ice cube trays. Place a teaspoon of raspberries on top. Pour 2 c. of unsweetened pineapple juice over all. Freeze overnight. Mix 2 quarts pineapple juice & sparkling water in a large chilled punch bowl. Scatter the ice cubes throughout. Makes 16 servings.
