Instant Spice Mix

2/3 c. sugar
1 Tb. cinnamon
2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice, ginger or cardamon

Mix all ingredients & store in a closed jar. Use 2 tsp. per cup of hot cider or tea.
