1 1/2 lb. chuck steak
1 envelope onion soup mix
3 carrots, quartered
3 celery stalks, quartered
3 medium potatoes, halved
2 Tbs. butter
1/2 tsp. salt, if desired
Place meat in foil. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Place vegetables on top of meat. Dot with butter or margarine. Sprinkle with salt if desired. Fold foil over & seal securely. Place on baking sheet & bake for 1 1/2 hours at 450. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
