3 1/2 lbs. lean meat, cut in cubes
Sauce:
1 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 1/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. thyme
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
Onions, bell pepper, whole mushrooms

Combine red wine vinegar with salad oil. Stir in spices. Marinate the meat overnight in the refrigerator in mixture of sauce ingredients. Place on skewers in the following order-meat, onion, mushroom, meat, bell pepper. Repeat. Cook on charcoal grill, turning frequently & basting until meat is cooked to desired doneness.
