16 oz. pkg pound cake mix
3 eggs
2 Tbs. butter, melted
4 tsps. pumpkin pie spice
8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
16 oz. can pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, on low speed, combine cake mix, 1 egg, butter & 2 tsps. pumpkin pie spice until crumbly. Press onto bottom of 15x10 jellyroll pan
set aside. In a large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk then eggs, pumpkin, remaining spice & salt
mix well. Pour over crust
sprinkle nuts on top. Bake 30 mins or until set. Cool & refrigerate.
