Crispy Chicken Wings

1/2 c. margarine
3 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. unsifted all purpose flour
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400. Line shallow baking pan with aluminum foil. Cut wings at each joint, discarding tips. Melt margarine in lined pan. Combine flour, onion salt & pepper in plastic bag. Add chicken pieces, a few at a time, & shake to coat. Place in pan. Bake 25 minutes. Turn chicken wings over & bake an additional 20 minutes, or until crisp. Serve with BBQ sauce, blue cheese or hot sauce.
