3 Tbs. honey
1 Tb. apple flavored brandy
8 oz. package Light Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1/2 c. chopped dried apple chunks
1/4 c. chopped pecans, toasted
Gradually add honey & brandy to neufchatel cheese, mixing until well blended. Stir in apples & pecans. Cover
chill. Serve with apple & pear slices & assorted crackers. Makes 1 3/4 c. Variation: Substitute orange juice for brandy.
